4.3.2 Lifting
LIFTING –

Risk of injury due to the heavy weight of the equipment!
Fimer usually stores and protects individual components by suitable means to make their transport and subsequent handling easier.
Nonetheless, as a rule, it is necessary to turn to the experience of specialised staff to take charge of loading and unloading components.
The power module

and the wiring box

must be lifted using the 4 handles

(to be ordered separately) or alternatively using
suitable lifting equipment.

The ropes and equipment used for lifting must be suitable for bearing the weight of the equipment.

In case of manual lifting the number of required operators necessary to lift the equipment must be in accordance to
local regulations relating lifting limits per operator.

Do not lift several units or parts of the equipment at the same time, unless otherwise indicated.
The handles
(04)
have to be mounted into the designated M8 threaded holes located on the enclosures.
If lifting with ropes, M8 eyebolts can be mounted in the same holes.
ATTENTION –

Handling and installation operations shall be performed only by using the special tools and accessories provided
with “PVS Installation Kit” that have to be ordered separately. The use of these equipment are mandatory to safely install the inverter.

paragraph for further information.
ATTENTION –
A
DO NOT grab the equipment from the rear flange! Risk of injury due to cutting surfaces and risk of equipment
damage. Always use proper lifting equipment!
