MEAT PROBE AND PRESET
TEMPERATURES
When cooking using preset temperatures always ensure
that your meat probe is properly plugged into the iQue
controller and that you have fully inserted the
thermocouple into the food. The thermocouple probe
should be inserted to reach to the center of the food in
order to get a precise internal temperature reading of
the food. In most cases meat is typically flipped once
and then the meat probe is inserted (ie. Steaks).
When temperature is reached, probe beeps. If
food reaches 5 degrees over setpoint, alert beep is
continuous.
The thermocouple probe is connected to the bottom of
the console as shown. When not in use store the
thermocouple probe in one of the drawers of the lower
cabinet.

FUEL LEVEL GAUGE
The Fuel Level Gauge indicates the remaining
propane fuel and cooking time remaining based on fuel
flow rate.
LCD bars update every 30 seconds to display the actual
level of propane remaining in the tank.
NOTE: Natural Gas units will not show fuel level or time
remaining as the gas supply will always remain at
100%.
