the document. If you choose All Plates, black plates are printed even if the pages on the

Calibrated Output

—Select the calibration settings of the selected printer file, which is

specified in the Printer Setup (Windows) or Page Setup (Mac OS) dialog box.

Print Colors as Grays

—Print all colors in Grayscale.

Center Plate

(Windows) or

Center Output

(Mac OS)—Center images on the page.

Otherwise, images are positioned in the top-left corner. For Mac OS only, choose

Upper Left

to position images in the top-left corner and enter the distance to offset

from the top and leading edges.

Sheet Margin

(Mac OS only)—Enter values to specify how much space to leave around

the pages. For Windows, the default QuarkXPress Bleed value is used.

When you have set all the necessary options, click OK.

For Mac OS only, you can save these settings for future use (see below).

Click Print.
