How to use scanned data
You can edit, print and save scanned data stored as a queue of the print controller from a computer on a network through Com-
mand WorkStation.
For detailed operations of Command WorkStation, please refer to the Print Controller’s User’s Guide.
Command WorkStation
Command WorkStation is a Utility Application for job control.
Start Command WorkStation, login to the server, and right-click a queue saved as a PDF file from the list in [Active Job], you
can select command of edit, print and save.
Scan to QUEUE stores scanned data as a Portable Document Format file.

How to delete scanned data
You can delete scanned data stored as a queue of the print controller from a computer on a network through Command Work-
Station.

Right-click a queue saved as a PDF file from the list in [Active Job] and select [DELETE].
