Pilot air switching valve
1. Replace the pilot air switching valve.
2. If the pilot air switching valve is used for the internal pilot air, seal duct (2) on the manifold
sub-base of the pilot air switching valve with a blanking plug.

Converting to ducted pilot exhaust air
Requirements:
–
Port (12) in the right-hand end plate is open.
–
The valve terminal is not fitted with soft-start valves or pilot air switching valves.

Mounting the pilot air switching valve
• Mount the pilot air switching valves with internal communication only to the manifold sub-base for
the pilot air switching valve.

Mounting the Soft Start Valve
For valve terminals with soft start valve, the following must be observed:

When using multiple soft start valves, comply with the electrical regulations for creating voltage
zones

Install a maximum of one pressure-supplying component in each pressure zone, such as a soft start
valve.

Seal unused ports with blanking plugs
