Diagnostic  memory

The  diagnostic  memory  contains  the  last  16  diagnostic  mess
ages.  It  is  backed  up  if  possible  in  the  event  of  power  failure.
If  the  memory  is  full,  the  oldest  element  will  be  overwritten
(ring  buffer).
