8. Apply LOCTITE 243 screw locking agent to the screws and tighten in the slot nuts.
Tightening torque 10 Nm
9. If used: remove the lifting equipment.
10. When mounting on the bottom of the profile:
–
Demount the mounting kits
–
Remove the slot nuts from the slots of the profile backwall.
11. If present: remove transportation locks marked with stickers from the moving parts.

Attachment components
6.4.1
Overview
Attachment components, such as grippers or suction cups with connectors, can be attached to the
interface of the Z-axis at the prepared centring holes with internal threads.
Observe the following when designing and mounting attachment components:
• The defined limit values
• The maximum screw-in depth at the interface:
EXCT-15/-30: 10 mm
EXCT-100: 14 mm
• The documentation of the attachment component.
