6.2 Preparation
6.2.1 Installation space
The installation space required for the product depends on the following:

Size of the product
–
Stroke of the Y-axis and Z-axis è www.festo.com/catalogue

Attachment position of the motors è 4.4 Motor attachment positions

Sufficient space for the movement of the Z-axis and the attachment components
–
Sufficient space for cable outlet on the connection side of the energy chain:
Left or right depending on the product version
6.2.2 Mounting surface
The mounting surface must have the following characteristics:

Torsion-resistant
–
Tension-free
–
Sufficient strength for absorbing the maximum forces
