7 Quick guide
This chapter contains all the relevant information for the individual toothed belt axes at a glance.
7.1 DGE-…-ZR(-KF)
Note
The test equipment must be positioned on the side where the piston distance was set. This is the only way to ensure
that the freely oscillating strand length is correct.
Note (DGE-…-ZR-KF only)
The guide rail of the toothed belt axis must be pointing forwards (compared to the position stops) to check the
toothed belt pretension.

Note
It is imperative to attach an additional clamp piece to the toothed belt axes DGE-25-ZR-RF and DGE-40-ZR-RF so that
the toothed belt can oscillate freely and does not strike the cylinder barrel (see section
6.1.2 “Inserting clamp pieces
(DGE-25/40-ZR-RF only)” ).
