• Apply Loctite 243 to the centring screws and screw them into the slide.
• Tighten the centring screws using the appropriate torque (see table).

DGE-25 9.9 Nm
DGE-40 24 Nm
DGE-63 80 Nm
Note
Do not mix up the fitting washers and flat washers.
The mounting directions can be disregarded since the track rollers are sym-
metrical.
• Push the new track rollers followed by the fitting washers onto the eccentric
screws.
• Insert the eccentric screws into the fitting holes in the slide.
Note
Do not apply Loctite 243 to the eccentric screws. This is done just before the
roller pretension is set.
• Place the flat washer and the hex nut on the eccentric screw and hand
tighten the hex nut.
• Press the wiper seals onto the outer track rollers.
Note
The oil-impregnated wiper seals are important for the operating performance
of the roller guide and must not be omitted. If they are not fitted, the wear
on the roller guide will be increased and the toothed belt axis will suffer
premature failure.
