Fitting the components
1. Make sure the seal is not damaged.
2. Replace seals if they are damaged.
3. Make sure that the seal is seated correctly.
It must lie in the recess in the sub−base.
4. Place the component on the sub−base.
5. Screw the component at first slightly and then tighten it
with 0.3 Nm.
You must carry out the following task before a valve sub−base
can be fitted onto a CPA−SC valve terminal with HC connec
tion:
1. Carefully insert the HC connecting plug into the
HCconnection on the relevant valve sub−base.
5.3.2 Fitting/dismantling the pressure zone separator element
The CPA−SC valve terminal can be operated with maximum
2pressure zones. The pressure zones are formed by
separator elements which can be inserted in the following
channels:
Supply duct (1)
Exhaust channels (3) and (5)
For forming two pressure zones you will require a channel
separator set type CPASC1−KT... for each channel (1), (3), (5)
which you wish to separate. The set consists of the following
components (see Fig.5/2).
