Automatic mode with downstream station
1.
Starting the system

Station not busy (message “Fill tank”), as long as the tank is not filled
3.
Waste water pump ON and stirring, butterfly valve AF3 opened and gate valve SM2 closed
4.
Filter until the waste water tank is empty (lower limit switch) or the process water tank is full (upper
limit switch).
5.
Parallel process: the pump of the downstream station pumps the liquid via the 3-way ball valve into the
downstream station if the downstream station is ready and the process water tank is not empty
6.
“Done” message
7.
Continue with 1.
The STOP function switches the actuators off at any time.
10.4.3
Automatic operation, rinsing process

Starting the system

The butterfly valve closes, the gate valve opens and the 3W ball valve is set to the “Rinse” position.

Switch on the pump of the downstream station.

Waiting time 3 s (timer)
5.
The proportional pressure regulator is set to low pressure (500 mbar).
6.
Blow in air until the 10 s timer has elapsed.
7.
Blow in the air at a higher pressure until the time has elapsed (pressure and time settings according to
recipe).
8.
Shut off the air, switch off the pump, close the gate valve, and open the butterfly valve, reset the 3W
ball valve to the “downstream station” position.
9.
“Done” message
