Troubleshooting
Motorcycle cannot ride.
If you place the power switch in the
(ON) position, but the
display still show nothing.
Please check the following items:
●
Check whether the power battery is charged. If the motorcycle cannot
be started because it has not been charged for a long time, please
charge it with a charger, and wait for 30-60 min before trying to start
again.
●
Check whether the power battery temperature is too high.
After the motorcycle has climbed uphill or ridden at a full speed for
a long time, the protection circuit against the temperature rise of the
power battery will start to work, making the motorcycle unable to ride.
Turn the power switch to the
(OFF) position, and wait for the
temperature of the power battery to drop. After the power battery
temperature drops, you can keep on riding.
●
Check whether the power-off switch is in the ON position.
(See Page 45)
●
Check whether the side stand is retracted. (See Page 35)
●
Make sure that the speed-control handle is completely closed.
●
Make sure the brake handle is fully released.
If the problem has not been solved, please refer the motorcycle to your
authorized dealer for service.

●
Have you charged your motorcycle immediately after riding?
●
