Introduction
This Technical Service Manual contains the service and repair procedures for Fellowes office
shredders Models 225i, 225Ci, and 225Mi.
The manual provides maintenance procedures, a list of required tools, and a troubleshooting
guide. In addition, the manual contains a wiring diagram.
Use the troubleshooting guide for help in identifying a specific problem. Then turn to the
appropriate section in the manual for instructions. Follow the service procedures carefully.
Always note the location, number, color, and position of parts and wires before removing
them so that they can be reassembled correctly. If there are no specific instructions for
reassembling an item, simply reverse the disassembly procedure. The maximum paper size
for the shredders is standard letter and A size paper. The shredders are sheet-fed.
