Warnung! Verletzungsgefahr!
Unsachgemäße Wartungsarbeiten können zu schweren
Personen- bzw. Sachschäden führen. Diese Arbeiten
dürfen deshalb nur durch autorisiertes, unterwiesenes
und mit der Arbeitsweise der Maschine vertrautes Per-
sonal unter Beachtung sämtlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften
ausgeführt werden.
• Vor Beginn der Arbeiten muss die Maschine ausgeschaltet
und gegen Wiedereinschalten gesichert werden.
• Maschine vom Stromnetz trennen.
• Warten bis das Lüfterrad steht
• Für ausreichenden Bewegungsfreiraum sorgen.
• Auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz achten.. Lose
oder umher liegende Bauteile und Werkzeuge sind Unfall-
quellen!
• Nach den Wartungsarbeiten Schutz einrichtungen wieder
vorschriftsmäßig installieren und auf Funktion prüfen.
Der Verschmutzungsgrad des Filters beeinflußt die Absauglei-
stung des Absauggerätes entscheidend. Der Filter ist vor jedem
Spänesackwechsel, aber spätestens sobald die Absaugleistung
merklich sinkt abzureinigen.
Klopfen Sie dazu seitlich rundherum auf den Filter sodaß der
angelegte Staub und die Späne nach unten in den Spänesack
fallen.
Die Abreinigung darf nur in ausgeschaltenem Zustand erfolgen
weil sie ansonsten wirkungslos ist. Wenn sich der Filter nicht
mehr zufriedenstellend abreinigen läßt, ist dieser auszutau-
schen. Beschädigte Filter sind sofort auszutauschen.
8.3 Einlegen/Tauschen der Spänesäcke
Der Spänesack ist spätestens dann zu entleeren, wenn die
Spänefüllung 150 mm unter dem Befestigungsrand reicht. Bei
Beschädigung des Spänesackes ist dieser sofort auszutauschen!
Der Spänesack darf nur in ausgeschaltenem Zustand gewech-
selt werden.

Warnung! Gefahr durch das Einatmen von Staub: Bei
dieser Tätigkeit muss eine Staubmaske (Filtermaske
mit Partikelfilter, Klasse 2) getragen werden. Es ist zu
vermeiden, dass unbeteiligte Personen mit Staub belastet
werden. Späne und Staub müssen nach den im Instal-
lationsland der Maschine gültigen Vorschriften entsorgt
werden.

Warning! Risk of injury!
Improper maintenance can cause serious injury or
damage. For this reason, this work may only be carried
out by authorised, trained personnel who are familiar
with how to operate the machine and in strict observan-
ce of all safety instructions.
• Before beginning any maintenance work on the
machine, switch it off and secure it against accidentally
being switched on again.
• Disconnect the machine from the mains power supply
• Wait until the fan has come to a stand still.
• Ensure that there is sufficient space to work around the
machine.
• Keep the work area orderly and clean.. Components and
tools that are not put in their correct place or put away
may be the cause of accidents!
• Following the maintenance work, reinstall the guards and
check that they are functioning properly.
The cleanliness of the filter is an important motor power effici-
ency factor. Clean the filter every time the chip bag is changed,
prior to the change, and at the very latest once the vacuum po-
wer efficiency drops noticeably. Rap all sides of the filter bag
so the collected dust and chips fall down into the chip bag.
To clean the dust extractor effectively, switch it off prior to the
cleaning process. Once the filter can no longer be cleaned
satisfactorily, replace it. Replace damaged filters immediately.
8.3 Inserting/replacing the chip bags
Empty the collection bag at the very latest when the chips reach
a level approximately 6 inches below the attachment edge. In
the event of damage to the collection bag, the bag must be re-
placed immediately! The dust collector must always be switched
off to change the chip bag.

Warning! Danger of dust inhalation: Always use a dust
respirator (filter mask with a particle collector, Class 2)
when carrying out this task. Prevent uninvolved people
from being exposed to the dust pollution. Dust and sha-
vings must be disposed of according to the regulations
of the country where the machine is installed.
