Causes of faults
The following points can be the causes of faults for incorrect reactions of the motion detector:
-
moving parts in the sector,
-
vibrations which are transferred to the device via the mounting bracket,
-
electrical faults via the connection cable,
-
electric fields (radio),
-
fluorescent or gas discharge lamps in the detection area,
-
reflection of the radar rays on conductive floors or walls.
