ASSEMBLY 

 

NOTE: The tool must not be plugged to electrical supply when assembly. 

 

 

a. 

Fixing of the saw 

The base of the scroll saw must be placed and 
secured on a solid, level surface in a place that 
is  not  accessible  to  children.  Fasten  the  drum 
with  3  nuts  and  bolts  through  the  3  holes 
provided for this purpose. 

Each foot must be firmly secured with bolts (not 
supplied) 

The  bolts  must  be  long  enough  to  take  into 
account  the  thickness  of  the  work  surface  on 
which  the  saw  is  attached.  Use  "brake" 
washers (not supplied) and place the clamping 
nuts under the worktop. 

The  dimensions  of  the  work  surface  must  be 
sufficient  to  prevent  the  overturning  of  the 
assembly during work 

WARNING: Ensure the stability and robustness 
of the worktop before any work. 

 
 
 

b. 

Setting of the angle table 

Loosen the table angle lock knob. 
Select an angle from 0 to 45 ° and tighten the

c. 

Installation of the guard 

Insert the guard inside the pulley as shown in the picture 
on the right.

 

Align  the  protector  correctly  in  front  of  the  hole  in  the 
pulley to insert the nut.

 

Once the nut is inserted, tighten using the washer and the 
screw.

 

Screw firmly.
