UTILISATION 

 
 
a. 

Inserting the workpiece 

Adjust  the  protection  and  the  slide  according  to 
the size of the workpiece.

 

Tighten the screws and fasteners.

 

Push the guard up to the cutting slide.

 

Any unused blade must be protected!

 

Switch the machine on firmly.

 

Place the workpiece on the entry table.

 

Progress  the  workpiece  progressively  with  the 
cutting line facing the cutting edge of the blade.

 

 
Caution, moving the workpiece too fast generates 
burrs or breakage of the blades. 
You can also make interior cuts without having to 
cut your piece from an edge. 

 
 
 
b.  Starting 

After adjustments and checks, start the machine by  pressing the green button  (1) of the 
disconnection switch. 
Run the machine for 30 seconds in a safe position to check for proper operation. 
Stop  the  machine  immediately  if  there  is  a  significant  vibration  or  if  other  defects  are 
detected. 
If this is the case, check the machine to determine the cause of the fault. 
Stopping is carried out by pressing the red button on the magnetic switch 2). 

 

 

 
 
 

c.  Use 

You  can  use  the  machine  after  unpacking,  reading  the  instructions  and  checking  the 
correct assembly of the blade. 
For a good sliding, the table must be regularly lubricated. 
Avoid wet wood. 
Carefully remove and clean wood chips regularly. 
Avoid working too small parts (less than 5 mm thick). 
Caution: moving the workpiece too fast generates burrs.
