Installation

UltraVoice Remote Interface (UVRI-B) 

Federal Signal www.fedsig.com

Terminating Unused Inputs and Outputs

Unused inputs and outputs must be terminated. 
To terminate unused inputs and outputs: 
1.  Connect the unused inputs to the unused outputs using a 1 kΩ and 2.2 kΩ resistor as 

shown in Figure 7.

2.  Connect the commons together.
3.  Connect the input through a 1 kΩ resistor to the output.
4.  Connect a 2.2 kΩ resistor across the output.
