Chapter VIII Warrant Clause
Dear FCAR customer, thank you for choosing FCAR. In order to make the best use of the product, we recommend you
taking good care of your product, and operating in accordance with user manual's instructions whenever you use it. Your
product will be able to serve you longer if all the requirements above are met.
1. In line with the following terms and conditions, and under the premise that you have activated our products and
registered in the website of Shenzhen FCAR Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FCAR"), we will provide free
product warranty services if there are defects in materials or workmanship of hardware.
2. Confirm that you have carefully read the product warranty clause. You will be considered as agreeing and accepting the
terms of this warranty clause when you registered and completed your profile on FCAR official website
(http://www.fcar.com).
3. Your product must be purchased from product dealer that authorized by FCAR. To purchase products through the illegal
channels, buyers have to bear the cost of product maintenance services themselves and can’t get the warranty by FCAR.
4. The following items of products are not under warranty range: Items that are easy to wear and tear such as product
instructions, inner and outer package box, promotional giveaways, SD card, printing supplies etc.
5. From the date of purchase (subject to valid purchase proof and effective warranty card of the product), if the product
suffers performance failure caused by non-human factors, you can choose our maintenance services or replace the
product with the same model within one month. You can enjoy one year warranty service for main unit, connectors,
power adapter.
6. You will not be able to enjoy free warranty service if the product is under any of the following situation:
1) Failures, defects or flaws that do not belong to the quality of FCAR products: including failing to use the product
according to the user manual’s instructions, crash, fall, disassembly by yourself, connecting improper accessories, damage
owing to crash because of improper transport or storage of the product, erosion and corrosion caused by infiltration of
liquid or food, etc.
2) The natural wear and tear of product: including but not limited to cover, keypad, touch screen, accessories etc.
3) Main unit serial number and warranty card serial number discrepancy, product quality inspection tag or bar code
removed, altered or damaged;
4) Maintenance and modification without the approval of FCAR or FCAR distributors.
7. Within the warranty period, you can take the following measures if the product quality problems or failure occurred:
1) You can inspect the product by yourself based on product help information. If there are no hardware quality problems,
try to upgrade the product program;
2) You can dial FCAR customer service hot-line (0086-755-82904730) to obtain the correct service information;
3) After obtaining the company's effective reply, the product must be sent to the designated address (See the official
website) to repair and maintenance. Otherwise, your product can not receive timely repair and maintenance. Losses
