4. FAZUA App & Connectivity
HERE YOU CAN FIND THE VIDEO
The FAZUA App is the essential control center for your FAZUA ENERGY bike. Change your support mode settings
and download new profiles, whenever and wherever you want. In order to use the FAZUA app, you must first
update your Energy Bike. You need the latest motor firmware, and your Bluetooth chip needs to be updated so
that the FAZUA app can connect.
To perform the firmware update for your motor, connect your e-bike to your computer via USB
and update the firmware with the FAZUA Toolbox software.
Now you just need to update your Bluetooth chip. For technical reasons, this update can
only be performed on RIDE 50 with the FAZUA Rider App. You don't have the FAZUA Rider

UPDATE CONNECTIVITY
4.1 Customizer
Answer simple questions about yourself (e.g. fitness level, height), your goal (e.g. road, touring,
trail), and your riding style (e.g. smooth vs. aggressive, more range vs. more power). Based on
your answers, we calculate and personalize the riding behavior of your e-bike for the support
modes Breeze, River and Rocket with the help of a complex algorithm.
Create your own personal driving experience, tailored only to you and your needs. You can always
adjust the support mode settings as your needs change.
