3.6 Diagnosis using the FAZUA Toolbox

HERE YOU CAN FIND THE VIDEO

In the diagnosis menu you can read out errors that the software can find in the system.

To correct an error, we always recommend you carry out a three-step procedure. This process is described
exactly in the service manual in the “Fault analysis” chapter and is split into the following steps:

Diagnosis using the FAZUA Toolbox

Step 3:

Cross-check

Please connect the entire bike and all components.

If you cannot find the fault using the fault analysis, please carry out diagnosis using the FAZUA Toolbox and
generate a diagnostic report. You generate the diagnostic report in order to later send it to the FAZUA Service
Team. We evaluate the faults and can help you remotely if required.
