Assembly - High Speed Compact Disc

Light Installation

NOTE: The tractor controls operate the required

flashing, turn and brake light requirements.

See page 65 for view of light wire harness routing and
loom clamp locations for securing light wire harness.

Route the light harness wire (1,

Figure 121

) from the

front of the hitch along the inside of the LH hitch tube
and to the LH amber light (2), RH amber light (3) and
then back to the LH and RH brake / tail lights.

Align the RH warning light bracket (1,

with the mount holes on the hitch frame. Install the
two 1/2” x 1-1/2" bolts, 1/2" lock washers, 1/2" nuts (2)
and tighten.

Install the amber light (3) into the slot on the bracket
and secure with flat washer, lock washer and nut (4).
Tighten nut.

Route the wire harness (5) to the amber light and
connect the connectors (6). Secure the wire harness
with P-clips (7).

Wrap access wire and secure with tie straps.

Align the RH brake / tail light bracket (1,

with the mount holes on the center frame. Install the
two 1/2” x 1-1/2" bolts, 1/2" lock washers, 1/2" nuts (2)
and tighten.

Install the brake / tail light (3) into the slot on the
bracket, install flat washers, lock washer, nut (4) and
tighten.

Route the wire harness (5) to the brake / tail light and
connect the connectors (6).
