Assembly - High Speed Compact Disc

Figure 115

Remove the bolts from the two weld nut locations on
the top LH hitch frame and discard bolts.

Install two poly hose holder clamps (1,

Figure 115

) on

the two weld nuts, place four hydraulic hoses into the
clamps. Install the two poly hose holder clamps on top
of hoses.

Install two additional poly hose holder clamps on top
of the other poly hose holder clamps and four hoses.

Install the two poly hose holder clamps on top of
hoses with cover plate. Install the 5/16" x 3-1/4" bolt
and tighten.

NOTE: Install P-clip (2) with wire harness (lights) on

left cover plate.

Remove the bolt from the weld nut location on the top
RH hitch frame and discard bolt.

Install a poly hose holder clamp (3) on the weld nut,
place two hydraulic hoses into the clamps.

Install the 2nd poly hose holder clamp on top of hoses
with cover plate. Install the 5/16" x 1-3/4" bolt and
tighten.
