Maintenance - 200 Bale Wrapper

WARNING

During oil replacement, it is required to wear 
impermeable protective clothing suitable for 
contact with oil-based products.

Replace the hydraulic lines every five years. Before 
every working season, check (without a silage 
bale loaded) the operation of the transmission 
system by turning on the rotary table, raising and 
lowering the rotary table and raising and lowering 
the loading arm.

If the counter is fouled, clean it using a damp cloth 
with a mild detergent. Do not use organic solvents 
for cleaning (acetone, gasoline, nitro solvent, etc.) 
as the counter casing may be damaged.

SERVICE CHECKS

Periodical service checks shall be performed after 
every two working seasons of machine use.

It is advised to use original replacement parts 
which will help maintain the wrapping machine in 
good technical condition for a long time.
