1. Please ensure that the speed knob is turned
to “0”.
2. Place the feed screw into the grinder
housing.
3. Place the blade with the edge facing forward
on the end of feed screw.
Note: Cut the meat into pieces of about 2.5 cm.
Please take care that the meat does not contain
any bones or sinews.
4. Choose a cutting disc (coarse, medium or
fine). Place the cutting disc on the end of
feed screw.
5. Screw the locking nut on until it is “hand
tight”.
6. Take out the release lever and remove the
front cover from the top housing.
