5.3.4 Weigher
Weigher
content
The current weigher content (accurate to the gram).
Valve status
The current unloading valve status under the weighing hopper: OPEN or
CLOSE.
Motor control
Enter the time (accurate to tenths of seconds) needed by the motor to fully open
or close the unloading valve. This time depends on the type of weigher
(weighing drum ~ 4 sec.; steel weighing hopper ~ 0.8 sec.).
Weigher type
Enter the type of weigher:
WHOP-MOT Standing steel weigher with a valve motor controlled in one
direction (motor control).
WGDRUM Polyester, hanging weigher with a valve motor controlled in two
directions.
WHOP-RIN Standing steel weigher with a valve controlled by a solenoid
(rinse control).
OUT-AUG Dosing out auger direct from the weigher
Weigher tare
The weight (accurate to the gram) of the empty weigher.
Capacity
Enter the portion size (kg).
Address ILM
Enter the ILM module address (0-31). The value 0 means that the load-cells are
connected directly.
