• In any case, the filter should be replaced
every two years.
• Warning: always employ extreme
caution when handling the filter.
• DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE IF THE
LID, BLOCKING MECHANISMS OR
FILTER ARE DAMAGED OR IN POOR
CONDITION.
5. CLEANING
• Switch the appliance off by setting the
switch to 0.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains
socket.
• Disassemble the blender (see section
entitled "Before Using for the First Time").
• Disassemble the blender and clean the
deposit immediately after use to prevent
the peel/pulp from drying. Wash
components with warm soapy water,
using a brush to help clean the filter.
Do not wash any of the components in the
dishwasher.
Do not use bleach when cleaning the
filter.
• Do not submerge the main body of the
appliance in water or any other liquid.
Clean by wiping with a damp cloth.
7. GUARANTEE
This appliance is guaranteed for one year
from time of purchase, against any
manufacturing defect.
The guarantee will be annulled if the
damage has been caused by incorrect use or
handling by anyone other than Fagor
Technical Services personnel.
Whenever guarantee services are requested,
the Guarantee Card must be presented with
the date of purchase and the seller’s stamp.
The guarantee holder always has the
statutory rights recognized by law.
The manufacturer reserves the right to
modify the models described in this
User’s Manual.
6. HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS
FROM YOUR APPLIANCE
• Switch the appliance on before inserting
the fruit and/or vegetables.
• Clean the filter regularly when blending
grapes, quinces, blueberries or
blackcurrants, etc.
• Clean the filter every time the juice glass
fills up.
• The appliance is not designed to blend
bananas, avocado pears, aubergines, figs,
blackberries, etc.
• Do leave the appliance switched on for
long periods without inserting food.
• Never push food into the blender with
your hands or any other object. Use the
push-rod provided.
• If the filter becomes misshapen, do not
use again. Replace. Always demand the
use of original spare parts.
• Wait until the filter has stopped dripping
before releasing the lid levers.
