Oven mode (Cooking or Stopped). This information is always displayed unless any of the above
points are being displayed.

SELECTION OF VISUAL COOKING MODES
By pressing the cooking mode selection button (button 4), the mode selection option is activated.
Now turn the main selector button (18) to select the required cooking mode. To maintain the selected
option, press the general option button or the cooking mode selector.

CONVECTION: The oven is only heated with hot air (dry heat).
•

MIXED: Heating uses hot air and steam simultaneously, but with more power in the
hot air.
•
5.3
REGENERATION: Heating uses hot air and steam simultaneously, but with more
power in the steam.
•
5.4
CONTROLLED STEAM: Heating uses steam and it is possible to select a range of
temperatures from 35 to 125 ºC.
