6.6 Notifications
F-Secure Anti-Virus for Internet Mail can send notification messages to
users when it finds malicious code in the scanned e-mail, or when it strips
attachments from messages. It can also be configured to add a disclaimer
in the end of clean messages.
SMTP Notifications
F-Secure Anti-Virus for Internet Mail can be configured to send a
notification message to the mail recipient and mail sender when it finds
malicious code from an e-mail message or stops a disallowed attachment
from going to the requesting client. Furthermore, F-Secure Anti-Virus for
Internet Mail can add a disclaimer to mail messages that have been
processed and found clean.

Consider carefully before enabling the sending of notification
messages to senders outside the company network, because
