7. WARRANTY
Bicycle warranty.
Our bikes have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects and frame defects, starting from the date of
purchase, upon presentation of a receipt.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of parts that have been established by our technician to be
defective. No claim shall be made for compensation if the e-bike is not running. The procedures performed
under this warranty shall not lead to an extension of the warranty.
This warranty is valid under the following conditions:
•
The e-bike was repaired by a certified professional.
•
The e-bike must not be modified or changed.
•
The original parts must not be replaced by parts that are not certified by the manufacturer.
•
Damage must not be due to lack of maintenance, negligence or lack of user experience, improper use,
incorrect settings, defective repairs, or temporary overload.
•
Damage must not be due to normal wear and tear of equipment such as tires, lights, chains, wires, brake
pads, derailleurs, and hubs. Any required maintenance procedures such as cleaning, lubrication, wires
adjustment, lining, etc., are not covered by this warranty.
If you notice that for reasons beyond our control, the brakes or derailleurs are incorrectly adjusted or the
wheel is crooked, kindly return the e-bike to the dealer within one month of purchase. After this date, we
will no longer be able to cover these warranty defects.
This warranty shall not be valid if the e-bike is used in sports competitions.
Battery warranty.
E-bike battery proper operation has a 6 months warranty cover if you use the battery as intended. Even if
you follow all the recharging instructions given here, the battery will lose some of its capacity over time.
Battery capacity also decreases when used in winter conditions.
In the event of a warranty replacement of the battery, we will determine whether the battery is used and
charged according to our instructions before replacing it unless the battery fails immediately after purchase.
In that case, we will replace it immediately.
Motor, display, control unit, and sensor warranty
In the event of damage caused by the quality of the product during normal use, the company will be liable
for the limited warranty during the warranty period. The warranty period of the motor is 24 months. The
warranty period of the control unit display is 18 months.
The warranty shall not cover:
•
Unauthorized disassembly and modifications
•
Failure or damage caused by improper operation or 3. improper installation by the customer
•
The outer case is scratched or damaged
•
The display wire is scratched or broken
•
Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, earthquakes, lightning, etc.)
•
The product is not under warranty (expired warranty)
