To connect via RS-232:

•

Click the

RS-232

tab in the dialog box. Select the Com port the device is

connected to on the host PC from the

Com Port

drop-down list (

C

).

When a connection with a device is
established, the

Synchronize

with

Device

dialog box opens (see the top image at the
right).

•

Pull

— Pulls the configuration

file, presets, macros, and ACP
configurations from the device and
displays it in the DSP Configurator main
workspace.

•

Push

— Pushes the configuration

file, presets, and AT Input Channel
names open in DSP Configurator to the
connected device. This overwrites any
configuration currently on the device.

NOTE:

AT Input Channel names are

only pushed when the checkbox
is selected.

Select the

Selected

radio button to

open the

DSP Configurator

dialog

box with a list of the available presets
(see the bottom image at the right).

4.

Once push or pull is completed, the current
state of the connected device is displayed
in the

DSP Configurator

status panel and

the device is ready for further configuration.
