Software license agreement

1.5.1

ExpertSDR2 Software License Agreement

The MB1 transceiver runs under ExpertSDR2 software (MB1 version).

ExpertSDR2 software (MB1 version) is the

proprietary product

and intellectual property of Expert

Electronics. It is forbidden to modify, copy or disclose to third parties ExpertSDR2 (MB1 version)

software distribution.

When shipped the MB1 transceiver supplied with the latest official ExpertSDR2 software (MB1

version). Official versions of the software are published on the

manufacturers

website in section

"MB1 Transceiver/Downloads".

New versions of the MB1 transceiver software may have different titles

from time to time

. This

license agreement applies to all new versions of the software and may be supplemented and /

or amended unilaterally

by Expert Electronics

The manufacturer reserves the right to alter and / or improve the MB1 transceiver software,

adding new features and bug fixes. In this regard, the software may be different from the

description herein. Ask your closest dealer on the availability of new, more complete version of

the User Manual, or look for them on the official website of the manufacturer in the section

"MB1 Transceiver / Documentation".

Users of the MB1 transceiver can update the MB1 software themselves by downloading from

the official website of the Expert Electronics company.

The manufacturer is not responsible for the consequences of the user utilizing an unofficial or

modified version of ExpertSDR2 software (version MB1) on the MB1 transceiver and/or changes

the settings or other files which are related to the ExpertSDR2 (version MB1) functionality.

1.5.2

Windows 10 Software License Agreement

The built-in PC of the MB1 transceiver, runs under licensed Microsoft's Windows 10 OS.

Use of the Windows 10 OS must be carried out according to Microsoft license agreement.

You can read the Microsoft License Agreement in Windows settings: START--SETTINGS--

System--About--Read the Microsoft Software License Terms.

MB1 User is responsible for compliance with the Microsoft License Agreement. The

manufacturer assumes no responsibility for compliance with the Microsoft License Agreement.
