Step 1:
Attach spinner (B) into T-pole (A) by sliding
spinner into T-pole.
Step 2:
Attach cap (C) into spinner (B) (result of step 1)
by turning to the right until firmly tightened.

Attach spinner (C) into other side of T-pole (A)
(result of step 2) by sliding spinner into T-pole.
Step 4:
Attach second cap (C) into spinner (B) (result of
step 3) by turning to the right until firmly
