Some library applications base licensing fees on the number of cartridge slots
in the library. If you don’t plan to use all of the slots in the library initially, use
the Max Addressable Slot option to limit the number of slots used and
reported to the application. When the Max Addressable Slot is set to a value
less than 21 (the default), the library will not allow any commands with source
or destination element addresses greater than that number.
To set the Max Addressable Slot option:
1. 1. 1. 1. If the security option has been enabled, disable it (see page 50 ).
2. 2. 2. 2. Change the control mode to LCD (see page 54 ).

[MENU]
to display the menus (or return to the top of the menu
selections). Press the down arrow key until “Config Menu” appears on the
screen, then press
[ENTER]
