WO-21 User’s Manual
WO-21 is a wireless occupancy sensor which detects the presence of
persons inside a room. It also detects if the door of the room is open or close.
WO-21 operates on 2 AA alkaline batteries or from a low voltage external power
source.
WO-21 is to be mounted on the top side of the door frame, about 6 feet
above ground. With this height, it is capable to detect a person 15 feet away. A
supplied magnet should be mounted on the door, under the center of W0-21.
The magnet is used to energize a magnetic switch inside WO-21 to provide the
state of the door position, whether it is open or close.
Installation
Pull the plastic cover from the base plate. Mount the base plate onto the
top door frame. Make sure that the base plate is clear from the door. Install 2
AA alkaline batteries to the battery holder or insert the external power source
wires into J4. Press the push button to bind WO-21 radio to a host device. Once
they are bound, install the plastic cover back onto the base plate. Install the
magnet on the door just under the center of the unit.
