Painting Heater
User’s instruction manual
Please read this manual before using this heater and keep this manual for later use.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are supervised.
CAUTION
The use of every electrical application calls for the awareness of some basic rules, such as:
•
Before switching on heater check if the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to
those indicated on the appliance.
•
Keep a space of 1 meter around the heater.
•
Keep the heater away from petrol, painting or other liquids or inflammable material.
•
While the heater is in service, it will heat up, never touch the heater by hand before or after using it.
•
Before moving the heater, unplug it and wait for it gets cool down.
•
Do not use this heater to dry up the cloth.
•
Do not use this heater in the immediate surrounding of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
•
Do not put the heater into water or other liquid to avoid getting electrical shock.
•
If the heater is in contact with water, unplug the heater and do not touch it.
•
Never touch the heater with wet or damp hands or feet.
•
Put up the heater before plug it to the socket outlet.
•
Never use this heater outdoors.
•
Never move the heater by pulling on the cord. Never pull on the cord to unplug it.
•
Do not connect the heater to extension cords or multiple outlets.
•
Do not damage or kink the power cord.
•
Do not cover the heater when it is hot to avoid fire hazard.
•
Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater on
automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
•
When the heater is not in use, switch it off and unplug it. Make harmless the parts of the heater
which could be handled hazardously by children for playing.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the heater.
•
If the heater is out of work, switch it off without tempering it. If any repair is required, please
contact only a competent electrician. Otherwise safety of the heater can be compromised.

INSTALLATION
To put up your painting heater on the wall, please check the wall type first to choose a suitable hook.
How to choose the hook according to the different wall types:
•
Plasterboard: screw anchor, self-drilling or expansion.
•
Wood, plywood or chipboard: wood screws (no drilling or pinning).
•
Plasterboard or aerated concrete: drill plug.
•
Concrete, brick or cement: Universal dowel, steel anchor bolt.
Install your heater by following these procedures as below (Fig.1-7): 4 screws and 4 hooks supplied, choose
the screws and dowels according to the type of wall.
