Care and Maintenance
NOTE:
As part of the regular cleaning of the steam oven it may be necessary to remove the side racks for
better access to the sides and rear of steam oven interior. This procedure is fairly simple as outlined below
and care should be taken ensuring the side racks are cooled before removal to avoid scalds or burns.
• There are two mounting posts located on the left and right hand sides of the oven interior that hold the
side racks in place as shown in (Figure 1
(left hand side shown)
), marked
A
- front and
B
- rear mounting
posts.
• Push the front part of the side rack in and upwards direction (Figure 2), releasing the anchoring point
from the front mounting post
A
• Pull the side rack forward (Figure 3), releasing the anchoring point from the rear mounting post
B
Reverse the above procedure to re-fit the side racks
NOTE:
Removal of the door may be necessary for better access to the oven interior or if the glass panels
need to be removed and cleaned.
• Open the door fully (Figure 1)
• Open the lever A completely on both the left and right hinges (Figure 2)
• Hold the door as shown in (Figure 3) approximately a 30 degree angle in an upwards direction
• Gently close the door (Figure 3) until left and right hinge levers A (Figure 2) are hooked to part B (Figure
2) of the door
• Withdraw the hinge hooks from their location following arrow C (Figure 4)
• Rest the door on a soft surface, to reduce risk of damage to the door
• To replace the door, repeat the above steps in reverse order
