  (16) RS-232 Rx/Tx

 – MCC terminal port for system debug and testing (9 pin D-sub F).

*

  (17) “Chime” audio transducer

OVERLEVEL) is displayed on the front panel screen; Status LED color and blinking may also indicate the
  error condition.

  (18) POWER Switch

 – A combined circuit breaker/illuminated rocker switch that turns the MXA controller power

on and off. Right-hand (RH) depression is ON; left-hand (LH) depression is OFF. This switch also controls

power to the internal solid-state relay that controls the amplifier module. (Note: The amplifier also has its own

power switch, which should be left in its ON position.) When power is initially applied, the MACS/D will execute
its power-up MCC boot and baseline acquisition sequence (approximately 45 seconds).

  (19) Factory Filled-In Model and A.C. Mains Voltage Requirements Information.

 – Connected to Machine Control Computer (MCC) USB port.

*

  (28) LAN Connector (8P8C/RJ-45)

 – Network connection to a LAN or stand-alone Ethernet switch for local

setup and servicing. This port can also connect to an IP network over Ethernet. VPN is supported for highly
  secure remote access.

*

  (29) AMPLIFIER AC Power Output Connector

 – Provides controlled A.C. main power to the amplifier module.

Also allows the MXA controller to monitor the amplifier current for diagnostic evaluation.

  (30) MACS/D System AC Power Input Connector

- IEC Type C14 standard connector. Input voltage, 95-125V

A.C. (standard), 50-60Hz or 210-240V A.C. (special order) with appropriate line cord. System input voltage

range is determined by power amplifier.

*

Disconnect USB, RS-232 and Ethernet/LAN cables during normal operation.
