Tank Level Sensor Calibration
The distributor uses a 360-degree rotary sensor to calculate the tank level. The feedback is measured in
millivolts [mV].Press the green START button to show the Calibrate Empty and Calibrate Full buttons. With the
hook designed into the tank stick, move the tank level float arm to the bottom or top of the tank, and hold the
corresponding calibrate button. Press the red STOP button when finished. You can do one or both calibrations
before pressing the STOP button. While calibrating, ensure the float ball is touching the top or bottom of the tank
for an accurate reading.
The calibration for this sensor is the voltage feedback from the sensor. The feedback is given in millivolts [mV].
These values are unique on every machine and is set at factory. Holding the red reset button will set the calibra-
tions to their factory defaults.
Joysticks and Thumbwheels
Select the device you wish to calibrate and hold START. Move the device across its entire range up, down, left,
and right and hold at the maximum position for at least 1 second. Hold STOP when completed. Calibrations of
the joysticks and thumbwheels are done at factory and should not be performed in the field unless a new joystick
or thumbwheel has been installed. Refer to Figure 37 (shown on page 34).

onfirm the location of the joystick you are calibrating before completion (front or rear).
