Terminate Wiring
Connect Line Power Wiring
ERn enclosures are available in 100-120, 230 CE, and 240 VAC single phase configurations. The ERn
enclosure requires a single phase, 20 amp (maximum) at 120 VAC input feed or a 15 amp (maximum)
at 230 and 240 VAC. The two-wire hot and neutral terminates to the power input terminal block
(terminals accept 2.5 - 0.13 mm

/ 12 - 26 AWG) and a ground wire terminates to the ground bar.
1:
Pull the line, neutral, and ground cables to the enclosure through the conduit openings
previously prepared.
2:
Strip each wire 10 mm (0.4 in).
3:
Insert the ground wire into a screw terminal on the ground terminal block and secure.
4:
Use a flat blade screwdriver to open the Neutral terminal block and insert the neutral wire.
Remove the screwdriver to secure the wire into the terminal.
5:
Repeat for the Line (hot) wire into the L terminal block.
WARNING:
All rack terminations must be done with the power off. Racks installed
without an accessible power disconnect device cannot be serviced or
operated safely.
