troubleshooting guide
If you are having a problem with this device, review the items below before contacting your retailer’s
customer service department.
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The radio alarm clock will not
switch on
The device is not plugged in.
There is no power at the mains
plug.
Plug the appliance into a mains
socket.
Connect another device to the
same power outlet to perform
a cross test.
No sound
The volume is set to minimum. Adjust the volume using the

Malfunction
The radio alarm clock is not
working correctly or is making
an unusual noise.
Unplug the appliance for
30 minutes. After 30 minutes,
turn the radio alarm clock back
on.
Poor FM reception
The radio alarm clock has not
been tuned correctly.
Tune the FM station using the
tuning buttons.
There is interference from
other electrical devices such
as microwave ovens, TVs, etc.
Move your radio alarm clock
away from possible sources
of interference and check
that the antenna is not badly
positioned.
The alarms do not work
The alarms are not set properly.

The alarms are not enabled.
The USB peripheral
does not work or is not
working properly
Your peripheral is not getting
enough power from the USB
port.
Check that your device
requires a current of 1.0A. If
this is not the case, it will run
slowly or not at all.
