Parameter Description
Tool Height The tool tip should touch the material surface.
Center Offset Adjust tool sideways until centered.
Tool Offset Adjust offset relative to laser pointer.

13.2. Bevel Knife
Bevel Knife is a special-purpose tool
for 45 degree angled cuts.
Lag = 3.5 mm / 0.14 in.
How to replace a Knife Blade
• Loosen the two screws holding the blade
clamp.
• Pull out the old Knife Blade .
• Insert the new blade.
• Ensure the blade align exactly with the
alignment pins.
• Fix the blade clamp.
At left, the clamp is removed just to show how
to align the Knife Blade .
After a blade change, the tool depth should be checked again.
How to set the cutting depth of the Bevel Knife
The default cutting depth for Bevel Knife is cut through the entire material.
Define the depth of the bevel cut in the Layer Setup .
Normally, the cut should extend down to just above the bottom liner.
