Main keys
Fan button
–
turns the fan on and off. It also activates the standby mode.

Lamp button

turns the fluorescent lamps on and off.

Socket button

not active for the user.

not active for the user.
Only 3 functions are available for the user. Switching the laminar airflow ON/OFF, activating
the standby flow mode and switching the interior light ON/OFF.
18 Cleaning instructions
18.1 Considerations about a sterile device
MAW, Multi-zone ART Workstation
®
, is not a sterile device: It is not delivered in a sterile
state and it will not be possible to keep it sterile while in use.
However, the design of it was created with a great care in order to make it easy for the user
to keep the device sufficiently clean during the use and not contaminate the key components.
These cleaning instructions are intended for general-purpose and have not been validated
to sufficiently cover all possible aspects of usage and all imaginable use scenarios.
The design features intended to provide cleanliness are:

An ULPA filtered laminar air flow
•
A flush stainless-steel work surface
