DUAL CYLINDER RACK KIT
P/N 35833
FOR USE ON THE ESP-100i POWER SOURCE
This kit includes the following components (See Fig.1):
1 — Dual Cylinder Bracket, 36621
1 — Cylinder Rack, 30511
2 — Chain, 3 ft., 678944
4 — Screw, 3/8"-16 X 1" Long
4 — Lockwasher, 3/8"
4 — Flatwasher, 3/8"
8 — Screw 1/4"-20 X 1/2" Long
1 — Handle, 678402

Assemble the cylinder rack (35011) to the top rear
panel of the unit using four (4) 1/4-20 X 1/2" long
screws. Tighten all screws firmly with a wrench.

Slide at least the second link of each chain into the
center slot of the upper cylinder bracket.

Mount the handle to the top front of the ESP-100i
power source as illustrated, using four (4) 1/4-20 X 1/
2" screws.
When you put the cylinders in place, pull the chain tightly
around each cylinder and slide a chain link into the outer
slot of the cylinder support. Be sure to pull the link down
firmly into each slot to secure the chain so that there is
little slack of the chain about the cylinder. DO NOT just
"loop" a link over the end of the rack.
Never lift a power source with cylinder(s) attached.
Be sure this information reaches the operator.

To assemble the kit to the ESP-100i power source, re-
fer to Figure 1 and proceed as follows:
1.
Assemble the dual cylinder bracket assembly (36621)
to the base of the rear side of the power source using
four (4) sets of 3/8"-16 X 1" long screws, lockwashers,
and washers. Tighten the screws firmly with a wrench.
