”Pass-through” signaled the aspect ratio
chosen in “Aspect Ratio Conversion”.
GOP size Random-Access-Point (RAP) period. A RAP is
necessary for a video decoder to start
decoding (zap time). If GOP Size is set to 1000
ms, this means that a decoder may have to
wait up to 1 s after switch on (0.5 s on
average) before being able to start displaying.
Increasing the GOP Size increases video
visual quality and increases zap time.

Insertion Enables/Disables Slate Insertion.
When Slate insertion is enabled, the
late picture hides the video output
and the audio is muted. The slate
insertion is common o all the video
profiles. This parameter can be set
dynamically while the device is
running.
