CLOCK
The time of day is shown in the bottom right hand corner of
the display.
AM/PM is only shown if the exchange is programmed in 12
hour format.
NIGHT SERVICE
The exchange has four different types of night service:
Common night service
All incoming calls are rerouted to a predetermined exten-
sion(s).
Individual night service
Incoming calls on a particular external line or a group of
external lines are rerouted to a predetermined extension or
customer.
Universal night service
Incoming calls are signalled on several bells situated at differ-
ent locations in the building. Any extension can answer the
calls by lifting the handset and dialling a predetermined
answer code.
Flexible night service
You can assist in assigning an external line to an extension
for use temporarily.
To order flexible night service:
Dial extension number and press
Dial line number and press
To cancel flexible night service:
Dial extension number and press
Note: If night service is not cancelled by you manually and if it has
lasted at least one hour, the flexible night service will be cancelled
automatically one hour after the exchange has been switched back to
day service.
