To access your printer from another computer on the network, follow
these steps:

1 On each computer from which you want to access the printer, click

Start, point to Settings, and click Printers.

2 Double-click the Add Printer icon.

Do not choose
any drivers from
the Alternate
Drivers list.

Your printer must be
set up as a shared
resource on the
computer to which it
is directly connected
before you can
access it from
another computer.
