to start printing. If you turned on background printing, you can select
EPSON MonitorIV
from the Application menu in the upper right of your screen.
You see this dialog box:
Tip:
If you’re not using background printing and you need to cancel printing, hold
down the
key and press the
.
(period) key.
Caution:
When you’re finished using your printer, make sure you press the
power button to turn it off. Never use a power strip or external switch to turn
off the printer.
Selecting the Correct Paper Type
Your printer automatically adjusts itself for the type of paper you select in your print
settings. That’s why the paper Type or Media Type setting is so important. It tells
your printer what kind of paper you’re using and adjusts the ink coverage accordingly.
