Preparing to Measure Heart Rate

Preparing the heart rate monitor

The heart rate monitor can be purchased as an optional item. Contact your local reseller to purchase a heart rate
monitor.

Heart Rate Monitor (Model No.: SFHRM01)

The heart rate monitor communicates with the device using Bluetooth

Smart technology.

Wearing the heart rate monitor

Wear the HR belt so that the electrode section of the HR belt is pressed against your chest. Make sure it is attached
correctly to avoid missing out on any data. For best results moisten the electrodes shown below in blue.
